The District Scrapbook competition has two categories:
- For clubs with 40 or fewer members as of October 1: Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. The first place winner in this category will also receive the Governor Clarke McLeod Trophy.
- For clubs with 41 or more members as of October1: Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. The first place winner in this category will also receive the Governor Dale Duffield Trophy.
NOTE: Points will also be awarded to each club which enters a Club Scrapbook in the District Scrapbook Competition at the District Convention
