2011 - 2012
- Increase the membership growth in our District by:
- Building a minimum of 5 new clubs
- Increasing membership by 5%
- Adding 10 new Friends of Optimists
- Increase Personal Growth Involvement (PGI) activity throughout the District by 5%
- To "Encourage Our Youth" by promoting and recognizing our children through our Optimist International and Midwestern Ontario District youth programs
- Increase public awareness of Optimist International through improved marketing by utilizing the media and community functions
- To maintain good communication among our membership by frequent use of phone calls, personal visits, e-mails and newsletters
